FUN - NEW - SURPRISES!

Do you love surprises? I know I do. I also have this thing for grab bags. I don't know why, I just do!
It must be the anticipation of not knowing what will be inside, but it is usually a fun surprise!

I subscribe to Birchbox and Ipsy. They are beauty samples that get shipped to my door each month. I love getting them in the mail. I never know what I am going to get (although you can peek online if you are really curious). They come in cute packaging that invites you to open it. It is always something new that I have never tried. So when Stampin' Up! introduced their new Paper Pumpkin subscription I was all in!

What is Paper Pumpkin? It is everything you need to create a beautiful project with Stampin' Up goodies. Paper Pumpkin kits makes it easy for you to create handmade cards or projects. You will get stamps, ink, paper and accessories all cut and measured and delivered to your door each month! (adhesive not included) Delivery begins mid-March. Membership is $19.95 per month (which includes shipping).

It is easy to get started. To sign up go visit www.mypaperpumpkin.com and click "Subscribe" or "Get it."
If you are my customer (or want to be) please choose me as your demonstrator (Boni Montano, zip code 80216) near the end of the ordering process. Please send me an email so I know that you subscribed and I will be here to take care of you.

If you are not quite sure that you want to commit, you can order a trail kit to see what it is all about. It will be available in March in my online store order #132599 for $16.95.

I cannot wait to get my first kit. Be sure to check back and I will share my creations from the Paper Pumpkin kit each month. Please email me at beeboni@gmail.com with any questions.

December Challenge: Brr! It's Cold!

Let's start December with a new challenge over at the My Pumpkin Challenge ! The last Paper Pumpkin kit was so adorable. I can't wait to see what everyone is making with it. The Challenge this month is Brr! It's cold. I live in Colorado and it is usually really cold and snowy this time of year. Yesterday the temperature was 60 degrees. My son wore shorts to school. It does not feel like December yet! It is weird to see Christmas lights hanging with no snow. I don't think snow is even in the forecast in Denver. But, in the spirit of winter here is my sample this week! p.s. I am not complaining about the warmth, just noting that it is odd. ;) I used one of the cute snowflake cards to make this hot cocoa treat. I cut one flap off the card (the end with half a snowflake). Then I used sticky tape to tape the sides of the remaining snowflake piece, to make a pocket for the hot cocoa packet. I stamped some snowflakes along the bottom and embellished the centers with rhi

New! Wishes and Stars Challenge

Let's welcome August with a new challenge over at the My Pumpkin Challenge . The theme this month is " Wishes & Stars ." It totally fits the July Paper Pumpkin kit. I love the options they provided in this kit and all the products too. You still have time to sign up for your Paper Pumpkin kit and to take advantage of the great deal going on now. Here is my sample this week. I made a star border with the different size star shapes from the kit. I traced the star outlines first, cut around my pencil lines then adhered the stars. (I thought it would look cleaner that way instead of having to cut around the stars and get in the tight areas.) The front says Make a and the inside actually says WISH, but I left my camera at work so I will show you the inside tomorrow. Don't forget to stop by the My Pumpkin Challenge today to for more inspiration. We would love for you to share your creations too! Don't be shy, even if you do not have a blog you can participa

Quick Tip Tuesday

I just wanted to share a quick tip I came across while I was browsing through Pinterest. I am not sure who came up with this great idea but I wanted to share it. Using the new framelits  Stampin' Up! offers you can make cute tags in different sizes or add a fun border to your card stock. I am enjoying creating with the framelits dies. I hope you will try it! Come back tomorrow and I will show you what I made using this technique!  ~ Thanks for stopping by! ~
