Stampin' Sweet

I made this shaker card using many elements of the Paper Pumpkin kit! Can you tell what made the frame for the shaker piece? If not, come back tomorrow and I will show you. Didn't you just love the January Paper Pumpkin kit? Yikes! It is adorable. I hope you are a subscriber because the kits just keep getting better. This month at the My Pumpkin Challenge the theme is Love is in the Air . It does not have to be Valentine's Day to share I love you cards/projects. Show someone you love them today! I used my Jet Black Stazon Ink pad to stamp the mini heart all over the cellophane bag. Tied it up with the lovely pink and gold baker's twine and added the two flags with glue dots. So easy! So, I have been organizing my stampin' room because it is a disaster. As I put things back in their place I have been coming across all of My Paper Pumpkin creations. I realize I need to stop hoarding them and start spreading the love! Since I take pictures of them I will always remember what I have made, right? I think I will stop by the post office and buy some stamps and start sending these lovely cards via snail mail. I know I love getting beautiful cards in the mail, don't you? When is the last time you sent out a handmade card? Here is my sample for this week I used all My Paper Pumpkin items to make this card. The die cuts that came inside the January kit are beautiful. I used the doily that came in the kit to create the flower. I also used the "splatter" stamp from the welcome kit in the background. When I think of the month of February I think always think of love. I am sure it has to do with marketing though, the retailers have me trained to think of Valentine's Day right after Christmas! Since I am a hopeless romantic, I am ok with that! I am excited that we are "All About Love" over at the My Pumpkin Challenge. Here is my first sample.
