Last of the April Challenge

Hello!! This week we are sharing the final sample for the April My Pumpkin Challenge ! I hope you have linked up your lovely creations. Stay tuned next week for a whole new Challenge. I really liked the black and white card bases from the March Paper Pumpkin kits. It was fun and easy to coordinate so many colors with it. I think this is one of my faves this month. I need to play with those window sheets a little more. Need some inspiration? Be sure to head over to the My Pumpkin Challenge to see more awesome projects. Thanks for stopping by!

Something Borrowed Gift Ensemble!

Paper flowers are a great way to dress up any table for a Spring party.  Use this floral display around cupcakes, candles, or a cake stand.  After the party, you can use the wreath to decorate your door. The neutral colors of the Something Borrowed Designer Series Paper will work well with most party themes and home décor. This pretty project was created by Melissa Stout . Paper Pumpkin My Way!

I think that is similar to the Burger King slogan, but hey, that is the great part about your Paper Pumpkin kit, you can have it your way! Make your kit as shown on the instruction sheet or change it up! Be creative and fun. Then be sure to send it out and brighten someone's day! I used the pre-cut word bubble as a template, I traced the border with a white gel pen on Basic Black cardstock, then I used the gel pen to fill in the dots on the YOU. Have you visited the My Pumpkin Challenge lately? Be sure to take a peek at the lovely samples the Design Team has created. Then, take a moment to share your samples! We love to see them! Mother's Day Memory Folder & Card!

Sometimes you need more than a card to express how much your mom means to you.  This beautiful little folder tells her five different ways, and it doubles as a hanging organizer to keep business and appointment cards, coupons, or little mementos.  The pockets are the perfect size for Project Life cards, so this can also be used as a Brag Book later.  Create a coordinating card and a napkin holder or gift box topper to make Mom’s day extra special.  This would make a fun “class with purchase” or a girls’ night out event. Sew Pretty!

Don't you just love the March Paper Pumpkin kit? It is sew cute! Here is my sample for the My Pumpkin Challenge this week. I combined two of the cards to make this fun folds card. I thought Melon Mambo would look nice with the black.  Did you see what I did with the rhinestones after YOU on the front of the card? They are an ellipsis! You can see I finished my thought inside the card! I hope you are having fun with your Paper Pumpkin kits. Share your creations with us at the My Pumpkin Challenge . We can't wait to see what you are making! Thanks for stopping by!
