Baby's First Year Mini Scrapbook & Card!

December Bonus Project for Craft Project Central

Bonus projects can be obtained by subscribing to two or more months in a row, putting the Craft Project Central badge on their blog, or by referring a friend and when they subscribe, letting us know.  Please remember to post the requirements for qualifying for the bonus project when posting this project to your blog.

If you've got a new baby in the family, or a friend has had a baby, then you really should make this mini scrapbook for them. This mini scrapbook is a great little keepsake for the baby's first year. There is room for a picture of the baby for each of its first twelve months, along with two pockets to put little keepsakes in. This scrapbook shows a new way to use the Project Life Baby Girl Card Collection and Hello Baby Accessory Pack. It also features the Hello Baby Stamp Set. It can be customized for a baby boy by using the Project Life Baby Boy Card Collection instead. This would also make a great Project Life Class.

Snow Day Fun!

It’s 10 a.m. on a snow day. The snow is piling up outside and doesn’t look like it’s going to stop, and then you hear those three dreaded words – “Mom, I’m bored.” Keep your children entertained with this Snow Day Fun set. Use the Stampin’ Up! Snow Place bundle to create mix and match elements that will cling to the scenic background board. It’s simple enough for older children to create for younger siblings or neighbors, and smaller children will enjoy mixing the pieces to create cute snow scenes. Best of all, it’s durable enough to stand up to hours of use by tiny fingers. If you don’t have children, you can create this project for a friend who does and make a young child’s day. Instructions for a storage/gift box and a coordinating card are included. This would make a fun class for moms so they’ll be ready for that first snow day!

I think I work well under pressure. Thank goodness for my Paper Pumpkin kit though, it comes in handy for quick and easy cards. I hope your Holidays have been fun and full of grand memories, that is what it is all about! Don't forget to share your Paper Pumpkin creations over at the My Pumpkin Challenge. Thanks for stopping by!

Caring Thoughts!

This month's theme, Share a Caring Thought, has got me thinking. It has reminded me I can share a caring thought with a card and a note, but I can also do it with a smile and kind words. Sometimes that is all it takes to brighten someone's day. I try to remind my kids to be nice and show compassion. I hope those values stick with them forever. I think with all the sadness and anger in the news lately, our November theme is a positive reminder!

I can't wait to use this cute 3x3 card! I have some thanks to give. Did you get creative with your Paper Pumpkin kit? If so, please share your creations with us at the My Pumpkin Challenge. I just received the latest kit and I can't wait to start playing!

This is such a great kit. I am already thinking of the fun things to make with this kit. Gold is such a pretty accent and coordinates with almost everything.

CPC: Long Fall Basket Decor & Card!

It’s time to decorate for Fall! This project includes a cute long basket full of pumpkins, and decorated with sunflowers and leaves. It would look great on any end table or bookshelf. Make one as a gift, and make another one for yourself. There’s also a coordinating card that would finish off the gift perfectly. The long basket is made with the Berry Basket Bigz L Die, and the pumpkins are made with the Gift Bow Bigz L Die. The Vintage Leaves Stamp Set and Farmer’s Market Designer Series Paper are also featured.

Bonus CPC: Butterfly Box Card Set!

Butterflies are all the rage right now, and this cards set has a lot of them! The card box has a beautiful shiny butterfly on it, along with a handle for easy carrying. The box easily carries six cards with envelopes. There are three different card designs in the card set. Make two of each, and the box is full! The box and each card design have different butterflies, too. The set features the Watercolor Wings stamp set and Timeless Elegance Designer Series Paper. It also features the Butterfly Thinlits and Bold Butterfly Framelits sets. This would make a great card class.

This beautiful project was created by Christy Fulk. This Bonus Projects can be obtained by subscribing to two or more months in a row, putting the Craft Project Central badge on your blog, or by referring a friend!
