Everyday Enchantment

Right now at Stampin' Up! we are in the middle of Sale-A-Bration as I mentioned here . During Sale-A-Bration you receive FREE products when you make a purchase of $50 or more. Now, I cannot pass up FREE stuff so I have been stocking up on a few goodies that are available now! I used the Everday Enchantment Designer Series Paper. I love this paper! I know, I know, everyday I LOVE something new. Today it is this paper. The colors are beautiful. The paper coordinates with the brads shown above. The brads are also a Sale-A-Bration item that come bundled with two spools of 1/8" Organdy Ribbon in Lucky Limeade and Calypso Coral. Such a great deal! I also used our new Framelits  and Edgelits . So tell me, what is on your wish list this year from Sale-A-Bration? -February Photo A Day Challenge- Day. 20 handwriting This is a love note from my work wife. Time Flies!

Holy cow! I cannot believe March is a few days away. I hope that means that Spring is just around the corner because the weather in Colorado has been crazy! I am ready for the flowers to bloom and for warmer temperatures. Today I want to share a Thank You card I made for one of my customers. It was such an easy card to put together thanks to my embossing folders. I love embossing folders! I think they are an easy way to add texture and fun designs to your cards. Here I used the Finial Press Textured Impressions Embossing Folder for use with our Big Shot. Do you have a favorite Stampin' Up! Embossing Folder? Now, I need to catch up with my -February Photo A Day Challenge- Day 14. heart Got Love. Yes I do. We made 25 of these adorable mini-milk cartons for my daughters class for her Valentine celebration! Happy Valentine's Day!

I truly enjoy this holiday. I do. I love the colors, the candy, the flowers, and pretty much everything associated with it! I have fond memories of grade school, when we decorated shoe boxes with crepe paper and hearts. I loved writing my classmates names on the witty and sometimes corny store bought Valentine's. It was exciting and innocent. Now I enjoy creating my own Valentine's and writing a heartfelt message. I celebrate love everyday, but today it is extra special! Here is the card I made for my Valentine! He received it already via US Mail so I can now post it online In the close up, you can see I used embossing powder when I stamped the typewriter! At 10am I was trying to figure out what we should eat for breakfast. Then my kids informed me they had already eaten breakfast! Say what! Yes, as I lay in bed, they ate a bowl of cereal. I thought, wow, I have the best kids in the world, then I realized the longer they let me sleep the longer they have to play before chores! Day 6. dinner I am a spoiled girl. This was the delicious dinner my guy prepared for me. It was a bowl of salad and a bowl of

Days Two and Three

Day 2. words This stamp set happened to be out on Kathy's table when I went to her house to stamp with her Thursday night, and I thought they were the perfect words for day two! Day 3. hands A photo of my kids hands as they played in the snow today. They got to stay home from school because our school district announced a snow day. They took advantage and bundled up and played in the snow until their cheeks were rosy and they ran out of warm gloves!

February Photo A Day Challenge

I have decided to participate in the February Photo A Day Challenge created by Fat Mum Slim . I am very excited to try this out. I love pictures but I often forget to take them. I think this challenge will help to remind me to take a few minutes out of my day and take a photo or two. I love looking at old photos. My mom and dad have hundreds of pictures that bring back so many memories! My kids enjoy looking at them. They love to try to figure out who is who. I know I have tons of pictures, but of course the majority of them are digital, so we do not have many opportunities to feel the hard copy in our fingers. So my goal is to take more photos and actually print them out and not keep them tucked away on my hard drive! 1. your view today My view is my messy desk, where I spend the majority of my day. Lots of photos, kids artwork, and mixed in there is the actual work that I do. It looks like a tornado hit, but I do know where everything is! hehe I hope you will join me on this
